Final Journal...
I am actually quite nervous about graduation. It is a bittersweet feeling knowing that this is my last year in high school and there is no coming back. I am okay with that because I will be moving on to bigger and better things. I will miss high school because of the sports and the family I grew to protect and win with. It is actually such an eye opener knowing that I no longer will be playing any sport for Lindsay High School. I am in softball right now, and I already feel the knot in my throat because it will be my last year playing.
I have applied to COS and am planning on playing volleyball or softball for them. I then plan on transferring out to CSU Fullerton. I just need to finish my classes and finish them as soon as possible. I got accepted into Monterey Bay University. Which is very exciting for me. My mom was proud.
I am just looking forward to graduate and being able to say, “I made it”. I am most grateful about having my mom standing by my side through my times of needs and when I just needed money to buy lunch or something. I am thankful for my learning facilitators for helping me get this far. Thank you for preparing me and endowing me with the possibility to end my year knowing I will make it far in life with the positive lectures you guys gave me and pushing me to strive for more.
